What data we process

When you send us an enquiry through the form we process: name, company, email, standards of interest, requested service and, if you provide them, phone number, company website, approximate number of employees and message.

We also record context about the enquiry: form language, the page you sent it from, campaign parameters (UTM) and referring page (referrer, without parameters) when present, and the time it was received.

We do not store your IP address in our CRM.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and handle your commercial request; to prepare quotes or proposals where appropriate; to manage the enquiry in our CRM; to understand where enquiries come from; and to protect the form against abuse and spam.

If you accept, we also run web analytics with Google Analytics (see below). We do not send newsletters or marketing emails.

Legal basis

Enquiries and service requests: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract and/or handling your request, as applicable.

Security and prevention of form abuse: our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Web analytics with Google Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

CRM and providers

Enquiry data is added to the CRM used by CONSULTORS D'EMAS S.L., provided by Odoo. Data is sent from our server directly to the CRM.

The website is hosted by a hosting provider that processes the technical data needed to serve it.

We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-4BE8GN47XP) is only enabled if you accept analytics cookies. It is not loaded before you accept.

The integration is designed to send only non-personal analytics data (for example language, page, service type or selected standards). Your name, email, phone number, company, website and message are not sent to Google.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the website footer.

IP address and security

Your IP address is not sent to the CRM or to Google Analytics. Our server may process it temporarily to limit the number of submissions, for security and to prevent form abuse; it is not stored permanently.

Retention

We will keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, the business relationship, and afterwards for the periods required to address any legal liabilities.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability, and withdraw your consent where processing is based on it.
