How to achieve ISO 9001 certification
ISO 9001 asks organisations to work with defined processes, understand and meet customer requirements, and improve continuously based on data. Our role is to help you build that system in an orderly way and have it ready for the audit.
We work with our own methodology based on Microsoft 365, which lets us carry out much of the project online and keep the documentation organised in tools the company already knows.

Frequently asked questions about ISO 9001 certification
Who issues the ISO 9001 certificate?
The certificate is issued by an independent certification body after auditing the system. We support the implementation and preparation, but we do not issue certificates.
How long does it take to achieve certification?
It depends on the size of the organisation, the scope and the starting point. After the initial diagnosis we propose a timeline tailored to each case.
Can ISO 9001 be integrated with other ISO standards?
Yes. ISO management system standards share a common structure, so elements such as policy, objectives, internal audits and management review can be managed in an integrated way.
What happens once we are certified?
The system needs to stay alive: periodic internal audits, management review and surveillance audits from the certification body throughout the certification cycle.
